Your toolkit for Google Workspace

Make Google Workspace easier to manage.

Free up meeting rooms blocked by recurring bookings, identify security issues to review, and manage users, groups and aliases from one simple interface.

For IT teams, Workspace Managers and business owners.

Meeting rooms

A forgotten recurring meeting should not block a room for months.

The problem

A series stays in the calendar, the need has changed, but the room still shows as busy. Teams look for another room while that slot could be available.

The solution

MOZAYK Workspace lets you review recurring bookings and release the relevant occurrences while keeping the participants’ meeting: only the room’s response changes.

A three-step flow

  1. 1.Find the booking

In the room catalogue, open the room in question: its recurring meetings are listed with their rule, organiser and end date (or “never ends”).

  2. 2.Choose the slots to release

Keep the next N slots, or release everything from a given date. Preview the affected occurrences before anything happens.

  3. 3.Confirm and check

The room itself declines the invitation on each released slot. The result is read back after writing and recorded in the room’s history.

  • Room catalogue and multi-room occupancy schedule, read-only
  • Release of a single occurrence, or several occurrences of the same series
  • Keep the next slots, or process from a given date
  • Dry run with no changes before the actual release
  • Per-room history and result check after every action
  • Delegation: a manager can be limited to specific rooms

Good to know: the app reads occurrences over an adjustable horizon of 1 to 36 months and changes at most 20 occurrences per run. For a series with no end date, run the clean-up again regularly; no scheduled task does it for you. The app does not detect whether a meeting actually takes place: you choose which series to process.

Points to watch, made visible

So you know what to check and which actions to consider. Examples of findings:

  • Accounts without 2-step verification
  • Inactive accounts, with an adjustable threshold from 30 to 365 days
  • Accounts with administrator privileges
  • Third-party apps and granted permissions
  • Licences assigned to suspended accounts
  • Recommendations and actions to review

Every finding is read directly from Google. When a piece of data is not available with the granted permissions, the app says so rather than guessing. This is neither a vulnerability scanner nor real-time monitoring: nothing is changed automatically.
